To prepare a cheese canape, you will need 8 thinly sliced slices (~10*10 cm) of semi-hard cheese. That is, two packages-sliced 125 g. (!!! when buying cheese, please note that both packages of cheese were approximately the same size).
Put the dried plum on a plate (on layers of paper towel) to get rid of excess oil. You will need ~ 45 halves of plums. From the total weight of walnuts, set aside 9-10 halves, chop the remaining nuts into small crumbs (set aside 2 tbsp.) in a bowl, put the soft curd-cream cheese, add the chopped nuts and Parmesan. Add pepper to taste and mix well.
