  1. Put the butter and cream cheese in a deep bowl. They must be at room temperature.
  2. RUB them well until smooth.
  3. Continuing to RUB, in several steps, add powdered sugar in small portions.
  4. And in the end, you should get about this mass.
  5. Add the coconut shavings and mix well. You may need more shavings, as a result, you should get a thick mass from which you can form candy. I made these candies twice and indicate the amount that took me.
  6. Formed into small candies are round or oval. Do not try to make perfectly smooth and even candies, they should resemble potato tubers, so irregularities are very appropriate here.
  7. Roll each candy in ground cinnamon (it is convenient to apply it with a brush).
  8. Put the candy on a tray or dish and put it in the refrigerator. Do not store for a long time.
