Colcannon or Mashed Potatoes in Irish Recipe

  1. Potatoes clean, cut into pieces and boil in salted water until tender. Thinly chop cabbage and boil until soft, about 10 minutes.

  2. Fry onions in a pan for 1 minute in melted butter (30 grams). From boiled potatoes, butter (30 grams) and milk to puree. Add a pinch of nutmeg and ground pepper. To puree add cabbage and onions. Spread on a dish slide, in the center make a recess and pour back the remaining melted butter. You can decorate with greens. Bon appetit!
