Candy “Truffle Halva» Recipe
Tell me, who doesn’t like truffles? And halva? Offer the option of a delicious dessert without baking, well, just indecently easy to prepare, however, over time. Sweets based on truffle mass (cream and dark chocolate) with the addition of sesame halva. It turns out a very chocolate dessert with a rich taste of halva, well, very tasty.

  1. Bring the cream to a boil, but do not bring it to a boil. Immediately add vanilla, chocolate, broken into pieces, and mix until smooth, until the chocolate completely melts, add spices to your taste and, if desired, mix. Tighten the chocolate mass with a film and put it in the refrigerator for a day, or at least overnight.
  2. Halva crumble into a homogeneous crumb. For such sweets, I take sesame halva. I did it with ordinary sunflower, also delicious, but very rich sunflower taste, interrupts the whole chocolate-cream mass. This time I decided to take sesame halva with walnuts, whole pieces.
  3. Remove the chocolate from the refrigerator and lightly beat with a mixer. Add the crumbled halva and mix well. Put this mass in the freezer for 15-20 minutes or in the refrigerator for an hour.
  4. From the truffle-halva mass, roll small balls with your hands, roll in coconut chips. Put the finished balls in the refrigerator before serving for at least 1 hour or put them in the freezer and store for up to 3 months, I have never stored so much. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.
  5. When forming balls, you can put hazelnuts or any other nut inside. I had halva with whole pieces of nuts, so I didn’t put anything inside. You can also roll in anything, in biscuit crumbs, confectionery powder or cocoa powder.
  6. If you take bitter chocolate, you will have to add sugar, although it’s a matter of taste, I took completely 200 g of dark, it’s sweet, I don’t add sugar, it’s sweet enough without it.
