Ingredients

Instructions
Prepare the ingredients for the recipe.
Disassemble the cauliflower into small inflorescences (along with cherries) and soak in salted cold water for 1 hour.
Drain the cabbage in a colander, then dry on a paper towel, transfer to a bowl and finely chop.
Add the eggs and stir.
Then add mayonnaise, flour (sift through a sieve), baking powder on the tip of a knife, salt to taste and mix thoroughly.
Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Our pancakes are ready! Serve with sour cream or with your favorite sauce.
