Zucchini
Instructions
Cut the chicken breast lengthwise into two parts.
Salt and pepper. Roll in flour and fry in a frying pan in preheated sunflower oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Place the fried breast in the prepared baking dish.
Put a piece of ham on each piece of breast. Place a plate of cheese on top.
Cut the zucchini into slices. Put 2-3 slices of zucchini on top of the cheese.
In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, egg yolks, mustard, flour. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon the filling onto each piece of chicken breast. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
Ready.
