The idea of the recipe belongs to my son, who asked: “Are there chicken boats?” So my mom had to be creative). It turned out to be a delicious aromatic snack, in the preparation of which the frying sheets helped.

  1. Pieces of chicken fillet lightly beat off on both sides. If necessary, shape the boat with a knife (cut off the edges). Place on a frying pan. Apply a little pressure with your hand. And fry on each side for 5-7 minutes. Fry the bacon strips in another pan.
  2. While the chicken and bacon are frying, prepare the cheese. I have two types: green (with pesto) and Dutch.
  3. Grate the cheese finely.
  4. Put a piece of the finished chicken on a plate, slightly cut out the middle.
  5. If desired, lightly brush with Dijon mustard, it goes very well with chicken. Fill the “boat” with the cheese mixture.
  6. Stick skewers with olives and pieces of fried bacon into the boats.
