Wash the lettuce leaves and spread them on the bottom of a deep salad bowl.
We disassemble the oranges into slices, peel them from the films, cut them or leave them whole and put them in a salad bowl. The released juice is collected in a cup.
Mix the oil and vinegar with the juice. Cut the chicken into pieces and pour the resulting marinade. Stir and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Put the chicken in a salad bowl, pour the remaining dressing, orange juice. Sprinkle with almonds before serving.
