Chokeberry Compote with Apple Recipe
A healthy drink made from seasonal fruits that will appeal to both children and adults. Very simple recipe.

  1. Boil water with sugar. Add the washed and peeled mountain ash fruits, cook for 7-10 minutes (from the moment of boiling).
  2. Then add the washed apples, cut into arbitrary pieces without a core and clean mint sprigs, bring to a boil, turn down the heat and cook for another 3-4 minutes, remove from heat.
  3. Cover the pot with compote, wrap it with a towel and let it brew for 30 minutes.
  4. The drink must be filtered before serving.
