  1. Before you start cooking curd-egg mass, cottage cheese is simply necessary! rub through a metal sieve to give the cottage cheese a uniform fine consistency.
  2. This is how the cottage cheese prepared for baking cakes will look like. The structure is homogeneous, finely dispersed. Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar to the cottage cheese.
  3. Next, add eggs (3 pieces). Knead the curd – egg mixture well.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of semolina.
  5. Next, add sugar (250 gr.).
  6. Melt the butter (100 gr.) over low heat, add the melted butter to the curd mixture. Mix the curd mixture well.
  7. To the total amount of flour (290 gr.), add soda (1 teaspoon without a slide). Mix the dry ingredients.
  8. Cut apricots into slices. Add apricots to the dry ingredients.
  9. Combine the curd-butter mixture with flour and apricots. Knead the curd dough gently.
  10. Forms for baking cupcakes lubricate with butter, sprinkle with flour.
  11. Put the prepared dough into the molds, filling the molds by 2/3. Then we send the mold to the oven preheated to t165-170C. Bake until completely dry. In my case, a small form with cottage cheese dough was baked for about 40 minutes, a large one for about 70 minutes.
