Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Peel the pear, cut it into a small cube, sprinkle with sugar, and pour in the juice. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Drain the pears – do not pour out the juice – and put them in cups – I took 3 PCs with a capacity of 100 ml. Put a few raspberries on top of the pears.
  3. Dissolve the gelatin in the filtered juice. Beat the cottage cheese and pour a little warm gelatin directly under the blades of the mixer.
  4. Put the curd on top of the pear-raspberry.
  5. Put it in the refrigerator for an hour or two.
  6. Arrange the cups and serve.
