In my opinion, pumpkin is the most autumn vegetable. Not everyone, of course, loves it, but I think, having tried this dessert, your attitude to it will change. I offer a bright, beautiful, delicious and healthy jelly dessert of pumpkin and cottage cheese.
Take a sweet bright pumpkin, clean, cut into cubes.
Fill with water so that it barely covers the pumpkin and cook until tender. Depending on the variety of pumpkin it will take from 15 to 30 minutes.
