I propose an interesting, in my opinion, recipe from oranges. It’s caviar. Unusual. It can be used as a decoration, or you can just eat it. Kids love it!
Before cooking the caviar, put the vegetable oil in the freezer for 2 hours.
When the butter cools down, it should be very cold, but it does not need to be frozen, we proceed to the preparation of our dessert.
Squeeze the juice out of the oranges.
Then mix the orange juice and water.
Now add sugar and agar-agar and let it brew a little.
Put on fire, bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Let it cool down a little.
Now let’s start cooking “caviar”.
Take a syringe or pipette, type the mixture and squeeze the drops into cold oil. The mixture immediately cools down, and the caviar settles to the bottom.
When we use the whole mixture, we will throw the caviar into a colander and rinse it under a stream of cold water to wash off excess fat.
The orange caviar is ready. Enjoy your meal.
