I suggest an interesting, in my opinion, recipe from oranges. It's caviar. Unusual. It can go as a decoration, or you can just eat it. Children love it!
Before cooking caviar, put the vegetable oil in the freezer for 2 hours.
As the butter cools, it should be very cold, but it does not need to be frozen, we start making our dessert.
Squeeze the juice out of the oranges.
Then mix the orange juice and water.
Now add the sugar and agar-agar and let it infuse a little.
Put on fire, bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Allow to cool slightly.
Now let's start making "caviar".
Take a syringe or pipette, dial the mixture and squeeze drops into cold oil. The mixture immediately cools and caviar settles to the bottom.
As we use the whole mixture, we will throw the caviar in a colander and wash it under a stream of cold water to wash off the excess fat.
Orange caviar is ready. Bon appetit.
