1. Cut the eggplant into small cubes.
2. Fry them in preheated oil for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Add soy sauce and fry for a couple more minutes. If you don’t like soy sauce, just add salt.
4. While the eggplants are cooling, chop the nuts and garlic.
5. Cut the cheese and tomatoes into strips.
6. Well, now add tomatoes, cheese and garlic to the eggplant, pepper and mix.
7. Put it on a plate and sprinkle with nuts.
