Instructions
Products.
Preheat the oven to 200°C, possibly with a grill. Cut the fish into large cubes, add salt and pepper.
Chop the garlic. Cut tomatoes into 1 cm thick slices.
Mix the warmed cream with melted cheese, add garlic and pepper.
Grease 2 portion baking pans with butter, lay out the fish, pour in the cheese-cream mixture. Put tomatoes and pepper on top.
Put the molds in the oven and bake until a golden crust appears on the tomatoes, about 20 minutes. Serve the fish hot.
