  2. Now you can easily separate the flesh from the bones. Send these pieces back to the pot with the broth. Cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Finely chop the onion.
  4. In a pan with fish, send the chopped vegetables. Add thinly sliced carrots. (It is not advisable to grind carrots on a grater!) Cook for 10 minutes. Potatoes should be soft.
  5. Add salt, spices and cream. Let it boil and turn off the stove. Insist 7-8 minutes. For taste, add sunflower oil. To preserve vitamins, do not boil the oil! Pour the soup into portions and add a little more oil to each.
