  1. Cut fresh tomatoes into half rings, and boiled beets into strips. Place in a deep bowl.
  2. Cut the lettuce leaves across 2 cm and send them to a bowl with tomatoes and beets, add salt, chop black pepper, squeeze lemon juice, grate lemon zest on a grater, season with olive oil and mix well.
  3. Arrange the salad on plates and thinly slice the goat cheese on top with a vegetable peeler. Colorful, light and delicious salad is ready.
