I love crushed strawberries with sugar. I cook this strawberry jam without cooking every year. It has no equal due to the fact that strawberries are stored in the refrigerator until spring and have been tested for years. Fragrant, healthy and very tasty. I recommend it!

  1. The proportion for making strawberry jam is 1:1. That is, if you take 1 kg of strawberries, then you will need 1 kg of sugar. It’s easy! So, to prepare strawberries ground with sugar, we need to wash the berries and mash them until smooth using an immersion blender or a pusher.
  2. Sprinkle the strawberries with sugar and mix well. Leave on the table for about 2 hours and stir occasionally, we need the sugar to dissolve.
  3. Jars with lids should be sterilized, put on a clean towel and let them dry. They dry out after about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Then mix the jam again and pour it into the jars, tightly closing the lids.
  5. Strawberry jam is stored in the refrigerator until spring. It’s insanely delicious. Enjoy your tea!
