Spices can be chosen according to your taste, you can cook them yourself from your favorite ingredients. I have a ready-made mixture for gingerbread.

Homogeneous dough! It looks like thick pancakes, slowly dripping dough from a spoon.
The form - I have 25 * 35, cover with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Pour out the dough, smooth it out. Bake at 180-190 degrees. 25-30 min. Look at your oven, i.e. control the process.
Check the readiness for a "dry match". Pull it out.
Let cool on the grill.
Now cut into any shape you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar!
