  2. Slice a banana.
  3. Slice the kiwi.
  4. If possible, remove the white parts from the oranges (I left the films, I like it better that way) and remove the bones.
  5. Cut the apples and remove the seeds.
  6. Add coconut shavings (I have a real one, crushed in a blender).
  7. Add syrup (I always add pineapple fat absorber – it’s delicious and healthy) or whatever you want, and it’s also “in its own juice” very tasty!
  8. Decorate to taste (I have Nesquik balls).
