In the autumn a large number of grapes on the shelves of markets, suburban areas, and shops. I suggest making a fragrant sauce from grapes. You can cook from any dark grape varieties.
Wash the grapes, sort out the bad berries, remove the twigs.
Place in the bowl of a blender along with the bones and twist. RUB into a saucepan through a sieve or colander.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, remove the foam and reduce the heat. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
Add finely chopped garlic and sugar. Stir. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add the finely chopped red hot pepper, cloves, and black pepper to the pan. Pour in the grape vinegar. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Close in sterilized jars. Done.
