Instructions
Separate the cauliflower into inflorescences and put it in slightly salted water. Throw it in a colander and let it drain.
Mix the spices with vegetable oil, mayonnaise and egg.
Stir well. The marinade is ready.
Pour the marinade over the cabbage and let it stand for 30 minutes.
Place the inflorescences on a rotisserie pan.
Fry on coals with moderate heat, turning, until Golden brown.
Serve with herbs and tomatoes.
