I prepared the marinade with the help of my assistant, the food processor. Put the eggs, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix.
Dip each piece well in the marinade and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
Preheat the oven to 180*C. Spread the meat in the marinade on a greased baking sheet. Send everything in the oven for 40-45 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, it would be good to turn on the upper grill with a fan.
