  1. Cook the shrimp, defrost and peel.
  2. Add the soy sauce, sugar and mustard, then add the butter and mix again.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 2-24 hours.
  4. Before serving, quickly fry the prawns on a well-heated grill, literally for a minute, as the last ones were laid out, turn the first ones over.
  5. Serve with vegetables and herbs.
