Instructions
Peel the onion and cut it into rings. Zucchini cut into thin slices, washed and dried. Pepper is cleaned from seeds and cut into large pieces.
Green peas are washed. Cut the tomato into large slices. Dill is divided into small twigs.
In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil and fry the pepper, zucchini and onion over high heat, stirring occasionally.
Add the green peas to the pan and mix gently.
Add tomatoes, herbs. Salt and pepper to taste and warm up for a minute, gently stirring.
Spread the salad on a warmed plate, decorate with olives.
