Cooking Spring salad is as easy as shelling pears:
– Pour boiling water over instant vermicelli and leave for a few minutes
– Boil and peel eggs, cut into cubes
– Drain the noodles and leave to cool
– Wash and cut cucumbers
– Cut the sausage into cubes
– Dice the onion
– Chop greens
Add all ingredients to the vermicelli. Season with salt and mayonnaise.
