Cut the red onion into rings.
To make the dressing: mix 2 bags of dressing (I had 2 different ones: with a "note of dill" and "with a lemon note", and ideally- "Greek version") from "Knorr" with 6 tablespoons of water and 4-6 tablespoons of olive oil. Pour the dressing over the onion and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
At this time: wash and dry the arugula. Cucumber, tomatoes and paprika-cut.
Mix the ready-made noodles, paprika, tomatoes, cucumber and olives.
Put the Noodles and vegetables on the rucola leaves, pour the marinade, distribute the onion, add the feta cubes.
