Juicy Chicken Breast in the Oven Recipe
Cooking chicken fillet is quite simple in different ways, but I suggest you try my signature recipe. The white meat of the chicken is slightly dry, so adding juicy sweet pepper and Mozzarella to it, you will turn the fillet into the most delicate fragrant dish for the festive table. There is nothing complicated in the recipe, just alternately add all the ingredients, and the finished delicacy in the oven will be covered with an appetizing crust.

  1. I dry the chicken fillet with a towel so that the juice is only from herbs and pepper. I put the meat in a deep bowl and immediately add a mixture of Provencal herbs, dried tomatoes and paprika .
  2. Carefully sprinkle the meat with the prepared mixture, add salt and oil .
  3. While the chicken is in a bowl and marinated, I prepare a” pillow ” of Bulgarian pepper: I remove the core of the fruit, cut the pepper into thin long strips .
  4. I put the chopped pepper in a flat heat-resistant container .
  5. On an improvised “pillow” I spread a chicken, liberally greased with a mixture of herbs and oil .
  6. I put mozzarella slices on top of the meat .
  7. I put it in the oven and bake the meat until it is fully cooked at a temperature of 180 .
  8. I carefully remove the finished fillet from the oven . Baked chicken breast is served hot to the table, it is easily cut into portions. I usually decorate the chicken with chopped dill .
