  2. Cut the brisket into small pieces, onions and potatoes into cubes.
  3. Put a pot of water on the fire. Fry the diced bacon and onion. It will take 10 minutes.
  4. In boiled water at the same time we throw the washed millet, potato cubes and fry. Cook for 15 minutes. Add the crushed processed cheese, salt and pepper. When the cheese has dissolved, turn off the heat. The soup is ready. Note 1. I buy processed cheese for soup in advance and store it in the freezer. At the right moment, grate the cheese on a coarse grater without defrosting. Note 2. I foresee the question: add carrots to porridge? My opinion is this. It is impossible not to put cereals and fried onions – these are mandatory ingredients. But everything else is the choice of the hostess.
