- In the boiled water at the same time throw the washed millet, potato cubes and roast. Cook for 15 minutes. Add the crushed processed cheese, salt and pepper. When the cheese is dissolved, turn off the fire. Soup's ready. Note 1. I buy processed cheese for the soup in advance and store it in the freezer. At the right time cheese, not defrosting, RUB on a coarse grater. Note 2. I foresee a question: to add a carrot in the porridge? My opinion such. It is impossible not to put cereals and fried onions – these are mandatory ingredients. But everything else – the choice of the hostess.
