Boil the water for the rice, add salt and dip the rice bags in it.
Set the timer for 30 minutes. While the water boils, prepare the products for pancakes.
Pass the liver, onions, potatoes and bread through a meat grinder, season with salt and spices, add sesame seeds.
Mix everything together.
Heat the pan, pour in the oil and spread the pancakes with a spoon (1.5-2 tbsp).
Fry for 1-2 minutes. on each side.
Fill the finished rice with butter and serve as a side dish with pancakes.
