  1. Begin by gathering all the necessary ingredients for making liver with onions in a frying pan. This recipe works well with beef liver, as well as pork or chicken. You can choose to cook the liver immediately or soak it in milk.
  2. Peel and rinse the onion in cold water to remove impurities. Cut the peeled onion into half rings. It’s not necessary to finely chop the onion since it will be boiled during stewing.
  3. Rinse the liver in running water and pat it dry with paper towels. Remove any films and cut the liver into small pieces. The size of the pieces is flexible based on your preference. In a small bowl, pour some flour. Roll all the liver pieces in flour, ensuring even coverage on all sides.
  4. Heat the frying pan until hot and add a small amount of vegetable oil. Place the chopped onion in the pan and fry for a minute until it becomes transparent.
  5. Add the liver, rolled in flour, to the frying pan and mix it in.
