  1. Wash and peel the mango, banana and blueberries.
  2. Break the banana into pieces and put it in the bowl of a blender. Add blueberries.
  3. Mango cut into pieces. And add to the banana with blueberries.
  4. Pour in kefir or natural yogurt. We liked it better with kefir.
  5. Whisk thoroughly into a homogeneous mass.
  6. Ready!
