Mint Drink “Mint Freshness” Recipe
This is a mint drink or mint tea served cold, or preferably with ice!!!

  1. Mint is fresh and young – much more!!! (I haven’t tried dry – I think it will do, you can boil it for a couple of minutes).
  2. Pour 2 liters of boiling water.
  3. Immediately add ginger – a full (with a slide) teaspoon. Cover and let it brew.
  4. When it cools down, add honey, but not to boiling water (honey vitamins die in boiling water and therefore remain). Mix it.
  5. Cool and serve, preferably with ice. Enjoy your meal!
