Sweet and sour refreshing drink with mint aroma. That's something! I recommend everyone to try instead of harmful soda. My drink turned out thick and opaque, because I used home-made unlit Apple juice. If you use lightened, the final product will look more elegant.

Ingredients
- 1 liter Apple juice

Instructions
- Mix Apple juice, powdered sugar and 2 cups of cold water in a saucepan over low heat. Stir for 3-4 minutes until the powdered sugar dissolves. That's what the recipe says, but I suggest adding sugar at the end so it doesn't get too sweet. I, for example, did not put it at all. Add ginger and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat and cook for 5 minutes.
