  1. Soak the seaweed in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
  2. Boil the water, add the hondashi and stir. Put the broth on a slow fire.
  3. Add the seaweed to the broth.
  4. Defrost the shrimp and put them in the soup. Boil for a few minutes.
  5. Separately, dilute the miso paste in 100 ml of broth.
  6. At the end, add miso paste to the soup, do not bring to a boil. In total, it will take 5 minutes to prepare the soup.
