Shrimp

Instructions
Soak the seaweed in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Boil the water, add the hondashi and stir. Put the broth on a slow fire.
Add the seaweed to the broth.
Defrost the shrimp and put them in the soup. Boil for a few minutes.
Separately, dilute the miso paste in 100 ml of broth.
At the end, add miso paste to the soup, do not bring to a boil. In total, it will take 5 minutes to prepare the soup.
