Mulled Wine with Orange Juice Recipe

  1. Pour the juice into an enameled saucepan, add spices, sugar. Peel the apples, cut into 4-6 pieces. Remove the core and place the slices in the pan. Let the juice boil and boil for 1 minute. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Now add the wine to the pan and, stirring, bring the drink to about 80 degrees (the main thing is not to let it boil). Remove from the heat.
  2. Strain, pour into glasses and serve hot. What else I want to say: really, very warm. And improves mood. For the weekend in a thermos he took with him to the skating rink. P.S. If desired, mulled wine can be enriched and made stronger by adding 60 ml of rum.
