Granita with Orange and Lemon Juice Recipe
Granita or simply crushed fruit ice is a Sicilian dessert. A variety of sherbet, but has a denser structure.

  1. 1. Cook the syrup: mix 200 ml of water with sugar, bring to a boil and add mint. 2. After 5 minutes, pour in the remaining water, bring to a boil and drain the lemon juice with the orange. 3. Strain, add honey and cool to room temperature. 4. Put the mixture in the freezer for 3-4 hours. Once in the freezing process, remove and stir with a fork. 5. before serving, chop the granite with a fork to the state of grains.
