Mulled Wine with Orange Juice Recipe
Due to the solid content of the juice, it has a different taste from the classic mulled wine. The recipe was found on the back of the bag of ready-made mixture for mulled wine. Me and my home it came to taste.

  1. Pour the juice into an enamel pan, add spices, sugar. Clean the apples, cut into 4-6 pieces. Remove the core and place the slices in the pan. Let the juice boil and boil for 1 minute. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Now add wine to the pan and, while stirring, bring the drink to about 80 degrees (the main thing is not to let it boil.) Remove from heat.

  2. Strain, pour into glasses and serve hot. What else I want to say: really, really warm. And improves mood. At the weekend in a thermos took with him to the rink. Wow! P.S. if desired, mulled wine can be enriched and made stronger by adding 60 ml of rum.
