  1. Boil the chicken fillet in boiling salted water for 20 minutes. Allow to cool. Disassemble into fibers.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into plates.
  3. Fry in vegetable oil until browned.
  4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  5. Put the chicken meat in a salad bowl.
  6. Add grated cheese.
  7. Then-the cooled mushrooms.
  8. Mix gently. Season with salt and pepper and mayonnaise.
