Mushrooms baked with Cheeses and Pancetta Recipe
I found the recipe on an Italian website a long time ago. I cook them for all the holidays as a hot snack. It is well suited to wines, champagne and more hot drinks.

  1. Prepare the necessary products.
  2. Peel the mushroom caps from the skin, remove the stem.
  3. Cut the gorgonzola and mozzarella into small cubes and place on top of the mushrooms. You don’t need to salt it.
  4. Drizzle well with olive oil, cover each mushroom with a slice of pancetta. Bake at 180* 15-17 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with fresh basil.
