I found the recipe on an Italian website a long time ago. I cook them for all the holidays as a hot snack. It is well suited to wines, champagne and more hot drinks.

  3. Cut the gorgonzola and mozzarella into small cubes and place on top of the mushrooms. You don't need to salt it.
