  1. The time specified in the recipe does not take into account the cooking time of rice. Prepare rice for sushi. We will wash the rice in several waters until the water becomes clear. Dry on a towel for 1 hour, then boil in a ratio of 1:2, set to swell for 15 minutes. Mix with the rice dressing, mix quickly and let cool
  2. For dressing, mix 35 ml of rice vinegar, 35 g of sugar and 3 g of salt. To dissolve the sugar and salt, you can slightly heat the vinegar, or you can leave the vinegar with sugar and salt for a day. This amount of refueling is enough for 150-200 g of raw rice.
  3. Mix 1 egg and sesame oil. You can also add black sesame.
  4. Fry the omelet in a hot frying pan on one side. Take it out, cool it.
  5. Cut the pancake into two rectangles. Place a rectangle of rice on the toasted side. You can fill it with a small amount of oil, wasabi. On top of rice, you can (and very tasty) put a piece of fish, seafood. And you can just eat rice in an omelet – it’s also very tasty.
  6. Wrap the rice in an omelet pancake, tie with a strip of nori.
