The bread is cut into cubes, the thickness can be any, but the smaller the cubes, the faster the crackers will be ready.
Next, we transfer the bread cubes to the pan, lay them in an even layer and sprinkle with oil from such a bottle with a spray bottle. The advantage of this method is that the bread will not float in the oil, but each cube will be well and evenly soaked, with less oil consumption. The jar can be purchased at any cosmetics or household goods store.
Next, sprinkle the crackers with salt and onion powder. I do not specify the amount of salt intentionally, as I like it when the crackers are well salted, many may disagree with me, but do not spare the onion powder!
Next, we put the pan on a large fire and wait for the crackers to “crack”. After that, we slightly reduce the heat, stir for another 2-3 minutes, try whether they are crispy enough, and remove from the heat or stir for a minute or two – everything!
