Instructions
Prepare mousse made from the liver of Pollock. Cream paprika beat the cream with a mixer.
Take the liver of Pollock or cod. I have a liver in the form of paste.
Put the Pollock liver to the whipped cream.
Whisk everything into a cream mousse.
We take ready-made not sweet or moderately sweet pancakes. I have a small diameter. Spread the pancake with mousse.
Top with a lettuce leaf.
Next comes the melted cheese. It can be grated or used in plates. I have a rich taste of salt and spices.
Cut the cucumber into thin slices and put it on the edge.
Wrap the pancake tightly in a roll. Put it in the freezer for at least 20 minutes, so that it freezes and it is easy to cut it beautifully.
At the pancake roll, cut off the uneven edges and cut into rolls.
For a beautiful serving, tie the rolls with strips of green onion. Serve the appetizer chilled.
