To avoid greasing the pan for baking each pancake, pour sunflower oil into the dough. Connect again. The dough is ready for baking pancakes.
Heat a frying pan. I have it D-22 cm. I will bake pancakes ~ D-15-16 cm. In a preheated frying pan, pour the dough starting from the center. It is very convenient to use a dough dish with a spout. Fry the pancakes to a beautiful color on both sides. From this amount of dough, I got 6 pieces of pancakes D~15-16 cm and one small pancake. Removing the pancakes from the pan, generously coat each pancake with pieces of butter and cover with a cap.
For the filling, we need to boil the rice and generously season it with a piece of butter. Eggs need to be hard-boiled. Finely chop the green onion. You can take more onions, it will taste better. I can't eat a lot of it (heartburn from it), I'll put the amount of onion in the filling for myself. Mix all the ingredients.
Start collecting the pie. I'm going to make a pie out of 6 pancakes. The pie must be collected on a plate (dish, form), which can be put in the oven. I use clay. We spread the filling between the pancakes and so that the next pancake does not move off the other when baking, the filling is slightly sprinkled with grated cheese. The most recent pancake-the top of the pie is covered with butter a little more and the collected pie is put in the oven for 10-15 minutes at t-180 C. Turn off the oven, take out the pie and top with grated cheese (optional). We put the pie not yet in the cold oven. The cheese will melt a little.
Serve the pie hot. It's delicious and cold.
