Instructions
  1. We clean the liver from the veins, wash it, fill it with salted water, bring it to a boil and cook for about 15 minutes. Don’t digest it! If the cut inside the liver is not pink, but gray, then it is ready. We take out the finished liver from the broth, let it cool down a little.
  2. At the same time, we wash and clean the onions and carrots, cut into small cubes.
  3. Fry the onions and carrots in oil until soft. Allow to cool slightly.
  4. Combine the liver with onions and carrots, punch with a blender.
  5. Add cream and mustard.
  6. Punch with a blender into a tender, airy mass.
  7. We take ready-made unsweetened pancakes made according to your favorite recipe. Although I like the taste of sweetness in this snack. If the pancakes were stored in the refrigerator, then I advise you to warm them up a little in the microwave so that they are more elastic.
  8. Spread the pancake with pate, retreating from the edge so that it does not come out when folding.
  9. Roll the pancakes into rolls. Store in the refrigerator until serving. Before serving, I advise you to send it to the freezer for 30 minutes, so that it is easier to cut.
  10. At the frozen rolls, cut off the empty ends with a sharp knife, cut into identical rolls about 3 cm wide.
  11. For convenience and presentability, we insert skewers. Serve the appetizer.
  12. Happy New Year!
