Delicious meat snack using pancakes and bacon as a "fur coat"! Not to spoil the delicate and useful chicken, I recommend taking the bacon meat, with a minimum number of sebaceous layers, or use ham! The dish is excellent both in freshly prepared and in the cooled form!
Add flour and yeast (flour may need more/less. see for yourself the density, pancakes should not be too thin).
Knead smooth dough and leave in a warm place.

Mix minced meat with chopped onion, garlic and salt.
Form of minced oblong cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs.

Cut the bacon into the same strips.
Pancake put on the surface, cut into the same strips as bacon, without cutting the pancake on one side.
Put the damn bacon strips in checkerboard pattern.
On cut on the edge to spread chop.
Wrap chop pancake braid.
Similarly, form the rest of the snack in the desired amount.
Put on a baking sheet on the parchment, slightly lubricate the top with vegetable oil.
Bake for 5 minutes at 210 degrees until a crust, reduce the heat to 110 and cook for another 10-15 minutes. Serve with sauces, herbs and vegetables!
