  1. Fry the seeds in a dry frying pan and put them in a blender bowl.
  2. Grind.
  3. Drain the liquid from the beans, rinse the beans and add it to the seeds.
  4. Add the olives.
  5. Grind everything until smooth. If necessary, you can add a little vegetable oil (sunflower, olive or nut), and in case of strict fasting, use part of the brine from olives. You can serve the pate right away, but it’s better to let it stand in the refrigerator for a while. It’s amazing!
